Final Fantasy: Shiva

My favorite from all the chibi I've done for my Nostalgia project!!
Shiva , mostly based on her form in FINAL FANTASY XIV. The empress of ice, wreathed in frost.
She is known for her signature move, 'Diamond Dust', which freezes everything in an instant.
